  • 450 - 500 g water

  • 120 g choy sum (sawi), stems removed
  • 100 g prawns, deshelled
    ou 100 g fish cakes, cut in thin slices
  • 1 sprig spring onion, chopped, to garnish
    ou 1 sprig coriander leaves, chopped, to garnish
