  • 1 - 2 pinches cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 8 fresh scallops
  • 1 fresh skinless, boneless salmon fillet, cut into cubes (3 cm)
  • 1 - 2 calamari tubes, cut into rings
  • 50 g pouring (whipping) cream
