  • 1 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 7 oz jasmine rice
  • 3 ½ oz zucchini, sliced into half moons (½ in.)
  • 3 ½ oz carrot, julienned
  • 3 ½ oz Chinese cabbage leaves, sliced (½ in)
  • 3 oz baby corn, drained (opcional)
  • 3 oz bean sprouts, fresh
  • toasted sesame oil, to drizzle
  • sesame seeds, to garnish
  • 4 dried red chilies, to garnish (opcional)
