- 1 tsp sweet paprika, to taste, plus extra to sprinkle
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
- 3 oz ice cubes
- pine nuts, to garnish
- cherry tomatoes on the vine, to garnish
Pizza Dough
- 1 oz extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to grease
- 8 oz water, room temperature
- 1 tsp sugar

Creamy Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta
- 2 ½ oz yellow onions, quartered
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs fresh flat leaf parsley, leaves only (approx. 20 leaves)
- 2 sprigs fresh basil, leaves only, plus extra to garnish (approx. 10 lg. leaves)
- ¼ - ½ fresh chili, de-seeded if preferred (e.g. serrano), plus extra to serve
- 3 ½ oz sun-dried tomatoes, in oil, lightly drained
