- 70 g bread torn into pieces
- 115 g onion quartered
- 1 - 2 garlic cloves to taste
- 60 g whole milk
- 500 g mixed minced meat, pork and beef half pork, half beef
- 1 egg, large (65-70 g)
- 1 tsp paprika, sweet
- 2 tsp marjoram, dried
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
- vegetable oil to grease
- crème fraîche, min 30% fat to serve (see Tip)
