- 1 - 2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves only
- 20 g olive oil

- 250 g pork mince

- 1 tbsp Sriracha® sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 100 g roasted whole red pepper strips (or roasted red pepper)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs peeled (see Tips)

- 200 g broccoli cut into florets

- 380 g brown onion cut into eighths
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp Chicken stock paste (see Tips)
- 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha® sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
