- 2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves only
- 2 sprigs fresh dill leaves only

- frisee lettuce or lettuce of choice, for garnishing

- 1 tbsp caper berries rinsed and drained (optional)
- 100 g Danish feta cut into pieces (see Tips)
- 1 lemon cut into wedges, to serve
