- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ - 1 tsp dried chilli flakes to taste
- ½ tsp sumac
- 2 tbsp mixed fresh herbs leaves only (e.g. dill, parsley, coriander, mint)
